Our on-going maintenance generally consists of…depending on your specific system…the following:
March – Spring start up…check the system to avoid costly repairs…prime pumps as necessary, check each sprinkler zone to verify proper operation, and set clock for 1 to 2 days a week (or as necessary)
May – Re-check the system and adjust time clock for additional watering needs.
June – Ensure system is operating properly and adjust time clock for additional watering needs.
July – Summer check-out.
August/September – Due to increased summer and early fall showers, adjust system as necessary for watering need.
November – Shutdown the system for the winter. Drain and dry out the complete system to protect piping, pumps, and valves from sub-freezing temperatures.
