Irrigation Repair Services
Let us keep your sprinkler system investment in top working order by providing a maintenance service contract with Classic Home Services. Periodic maintenance will minimize water usage and will increase the life of your equipment by appropriately graduating the system for seasonal changes in watering requirements. And, expensive spring-time repairs may be avoided by protecting your system against winter freezing.
We offer maintenance contracts that are customized for your irrigation system. Please contact us to setup a maintenance contract for your system.
Our on-going maintenance generally consists of…depending on your specific system…the following:
- March – Spring start up…check the system to avoid costly repairs…prime pumps as necessary, check each sprinkler zone to verify proper operation, and set clock for 1 to 2 days a week (or as necessary)
- May – Re-check the system and adjust time clock for additional watering needs.
- June – Ensure system is operating properly and adjust time clock for additional watering needs.
- July – Summer check-out.
- August/September – Due to increased summer and early fall showers, adjust system as necessary for watering need.
- November – Shutdown the system for the winter. Drain and dry out the complete system to protect piping, pumps, and valves from sub-freezing temperatures.
