How much do you charge?
Our rates vary depending on the job and the work that needs to be done. We will provide you with a written quotation valid for 30 days for any necessary work to be performed.
What are your hours of operation?
Normal business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturdays by appointment only. Closed on Sunday.
For emergencies after hours or on Sunday, please call 864-337-8926 and leave a message with a description of the emergency.
How long have you been in business?
We began operations in 1993.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry liability insurance to cover any damages that we may cause such as glass breakage, vehicle damage, or bodily injury caused by any of our equipment.
Is there a foreman always on the jobsite?
Our staff is trained in all aspects of our business, and we feel that a foreman is not necessary. However, all work is inspected by our management prior to release of our work crew. Your satisfaction is of the most importance to us.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We will obtain the necessary license for the city/county where you live prior to starting any work. Proof of license can be provided.
Do you provide estimates?
Yes. We will provide a FREE written estimate valid for 30 days.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, bank cards, etc).
